Demo at Labour Party Conference (Liverpool) – 26 September
FOA will be joining multiple organisations to protest outside the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool.
Labour’s new leader and Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, has acknowledged that Labour “got it wrong” over Gaza and apologised for the hurt caused by the party’s response. Now those words must be followed by meaningful action.
We will be calling on Burnham and his government to end UK complicity, stop arming Israel and take meaningful action to end the suffering and starvation in Gaza.
Acknowledging past failures is not enough — now is the time to act.
