A call to all Masajid across the UK.

Friends of Al-Aqsa is inviting Masajids to dedicate Sunday 19 October for the community to gather, reflect, and 'Turn to Allah for Gaza.'

A ceasefire deal has been announced, but Gaza remains under siege, and Palestinians continue to live under occupation and apartheid.

Now is the time for our community to come together, raise our hands in du'a, and ask Allah to bring justice and peace to Palestine.

The day can consist of, but not limited to :

• Tafsir of select verses from the Quran

• Explanation/Reading of the 40 Ahadith on Masjid Al-Aqsa (https://www.foa.org.uk/resources/books/forty-ahadith-masjid-al-aqsa)

• Talks and workshops on the virtues of Aqsa and the people of Al-sham

• Talks and workshops on the prophets of Palestine/figures related to Palestine

• Open Q&A sessions

• Qunoot Al-nazilah/collective Du'a

• Time for individual worship

• Anasheed recitals
