As of July 2025, it’s now 77 years since the Nakba — the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians that began in 1948 and continues to this day. The situation on the ground remains dire. Gaza is under relentless assault. Entire communities have been destroyed. This is not a humanitarian disaster, it’s a political catastrophe rooted in decades of occupation, apartheid, and settler-colonialism.
That’s why cyclists across the UK are taking part in the annual Palestine Solidarity Ride, raising awareness and vital funds to support the Palestinian struggle for justice, freedom, and dignity.
Will you donate to support the organisation behind this powerful movement?
Friends of Al-Aqsa (FOA) has been defending Palestinian rights since 1999. With your support, we can continue to:
Run effective BDS campaigns that challenge Israel’s apartheid regime
Deliver educational programmes that inform and inspire action across the UK
Campaign at the policy level to demand accountability and justice
FOA is not a charity responding to a temporary crisis. We are a grassroots movement confronting the root causes: occupation, colonisation, and apartheid. Every donation helps us continue this critical work.
Over 131,000 Palestinian homes have been demolished. Illegal settlements keep expanding. The Nakba hasn’t ended, but neither has the resistance.
Your donation powers FOA’s campaigning work and supports the cyclists riding in solidarity with Palestine.
